This immersive journey dives into our animation process, showcasing how we transform ideas into captivating motion pictures. We meticulously navigate three key stages: pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring every frame resonates with your vision.
Concept and Script :
This is where the initial idea is developed and a script is written to flesh out the story, including dialogue, narration, and descriptions of the visuals.
Storyboard :
A storyboard is a comic strip-like sequence of images that visually represent the script. It helps break down the sequence of shots and plan the camera angles.
3D Modelling :
3D models of the characters, environments, and objects are created using specialised 3D animation software.
Texturing :
The surfaces of the 3D models are applied with colour, texture, and other visual details to make them look realistic.
Rigging :
A digital skeleton and control system is created for the 3D models, allowing them to be animated and posed realistically.
Animation :
The 3D models are animated according to the script and storyboard. Animators breathe life into the characters and environments by creating movements, expressions, and interactions.
Lighting :
Lighting is applied to the scene to set the mood, create depth, and simulate real-world lighting conditions.
Rendering :
The animated scene is rendered into final images or video frames. This is a complex process that can take a long time depending on the complexity of the scene.
VFX (Visual Effects) :
Visual effects are added to the animation, such as smoke, fire, explosions, or other special effects.
Editing :
The rendered frames are edited together into a final video sequence, along with sound effects, music, and dialogue .
Pre-production :
The script, storyboard, visualization, and voiceover are shared for client approval to finalize the creative direction before production begins.
First Draft Video :
The initial draft video is presented to the client for feedback and approval to ensure the overall flow and concept meet expectations.
Second Draft Video :
A refined version, incorporating feedback from the first draft, is shared for client approval before moving to the final stages of production.
Render Images - Approval :
High-quality rendered stills are shared with the client for confirmation of the final look and feel before proceeding to full video rendering.
